What is your refund & exchange policy?

Any disputes or claims must be initiated within 24-48 hours of the package delivered date. Once the order has been shipped the order cannot be cancelled or changed. Exchanges are only offered after original merchandise is received by customer unworn or altered in any way. Exchanges are subject to merchandise availability. If merchandise is not available for exchange, we will offer a digital store credit to the customer by email for the amount of the original merchandise purchased. If merchandise is worn or damaged, we will not be able to issue any refunds or exchanges. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. Proof of lost or stolen package reported to your local authorities may be required.
